Application fees for the RTET

RTET eligibility criteria
To apply for the RTET, you need to satisfy the following conditions with respect to the eligibility criteria.
- Nationality – You should be a resident of Rajasthan
- The age limit – 18 to 38 years
- Educational Qualification – Should have cleared a 4 year of B. A. / B. Sc. Ed. or B. A. Ed. / B. Sc. Ed. from a recognized university or institution. You can also apply if you are appearing for the final year of your graduation.
- Minimum marks – You should have scored more than 50 % marks in the qualifying exam.
Mode of examinations
- The number of papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. If you want to become a teacher for classes 1 to 5, you need to appear for paper 1 only. Others will need to appear for both paper 1 and paper 2.
- Total marks – 150 on each paper
- Type of questions – Multiple choice questions
- No negative marking
- The number of sections – 5 each in every paper.
